Welcome to the online grant application center!
For your convenience, the Adoption Assistance Grant Application is an online application process, and must be completed online. All requirements and information concerning this process are found below.
Before beginning, please carefully read the following:
- Funding priority will also be given-but not limited-to families presenting the greatest need.
- Your home study or home study update must be satisfactorily completed prior to submitting an application.
- Applications cannot be accepted post-placement.
- Adoptions must be in process through a 501(c)(3) agency licensed to place children. All agencies referenced on our website are 501(c)(3) agencies.
- We are not able to assist with independent adoptions (this includes adoptions through lawyers, facilitators, or humanitarian organizations not licensed to place children).
- Once the review is complete, all decisions are final. We cannot allow re-application or re-consideration of denied applications.
- To facilitate the application process, you may wish to gather the following information prior to beginning:
a. Church street address, phone number, e-mail and Web addresses.
b. IRS tax information for the last two years (We ask for copies of each year's W2s and tax returns).
c. Net worth of investments (retirement, market securities, and real estate).
d. Adoption agency’s street address and telephone number.
e. Adoption worker’s business phone and e-mail address.
f. Your homestudy
Once you begin the application, you must complete all fields in order to be considered. Show Hope will send a confirmation e-mail to you once the online application has been successfully submitted.
Each month, requests for assistance outweigh resources. We regret that we are not always able to provide assistance to every qualified family. Therefore, we encourage you to seek additional sources of assistance. We cannot guarantee that every qualified family will receive a Show Hope grant. May each step of your adoption journey be blessed.
